Methods
  • 1. Add grated Coconut to a kadai with sugar and milk. Roast on a medium high heat by continuously stirring. Keep stirring nd mixing with the spatula until the sugar and milk dries up. As it is near to the drying point, add a tsp of desi ghee. Soon after it starts leaving the sides of the kadhai.
  • 2. Do not roast for a long time. The colour should not change. These are soft and milky white balls that just melts in mouth. Add in cardamom powder and also any dry nuts as desired. Give it a final mix. Remove into a plate.
  • 3. Make balls as per your choice, big or small while it's still bearing hot. That's it. Enjoy! Yum! They stay good for a Week if refrigerated. Store them in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relish upto a Week or two.
