Methods
  • 1. Deseed the dates. Take it to a mixer jar.
  • 2. Add almonds, walnuts and pista. Grind it well.
  • 3. Transfer it to a bowl and add puffed rajgira and combine well.
  • 4. Spread it in a paper cups to give a shape of a canape.
  • 5. After moulding it,keep it in a refrigerator for 15 minutes. Now using piping bag, fill the inner surface of cups with shrikhand.
  • 6. Now top it with pomegranate pearls and almond silvers.
