Methods
  • 1. Soak the chia seeds in coconut water for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Take a long glass.Put 2 tsp soaked chia seeds first.
  • 3. Then put some chopped fruits.
  • 4. Pour 1 cup chilled coconut milk then.
  • 5. Repeat the process one more time.
  • 6. Keep the glass in fridge for sometime & serve chilled.
