Ingredients For Gajar Halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash the carrots. Scrape it
  • 2. Grate the carrots.
  • 3. Take ghee in a pan. Fry the dry fruits and keep it aside it aside.
  • 4. In remaining ghee, add carrots and saute for 3-4 minutes. Now add milk and lwt it simmer on low heat.
  • 5. Keep stirring meanwhile to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • 6. Once milk is evoperated, add malai and combine well. Add sugar and mix properly
  • 7. Keep it on a low flame till sugar is mixed well.
  • 8. Now add the fried dry fruits and cardemon powder.
  • 9. While serving you can top it with some more chopped almond flakes.
