Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the carrot and grate it in a bowl.
  • 2. In a heavy bottom pan heat ghee. Add grated carrot increase the heat and sauté it on high flame for 6-7 minutes stirring well.
  • 3. Let it cook in ghee on medium heat for another five minutes.
  • 4. Add milk and simmer on low flame until milk reduces and is absorbed well.
  • 5. Add mawa, cashew and raisins mix it all well.
  • 6. Add safforn milk, cardamom powder, sugar and mix it well till it dissolve completely.
  • 7. Increase the heat and sauté for another 5-10 minutes continously.
  • 8. Dish out, Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
