Ingredients For Gajar ka halwa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan and add shredded carrots to it.
  • 2. When carrots start loosing moisture add milk slowly and let it simmer.
  • 3. When the milk emulsifies with carrot add sugar let it cook on slow flame to avoid sticking it on the pan.
  • 4. Keep adding ghee on the sides of the pan to avoid it form burning.
  • 5. When it is fully cooked add nuts and switching off the flame after mixing it.
  • 6. Add a little bit of cardamom powder and cover it to retain the aroma.
