Ingredients For Gajrela kheer shots recipe

Methods
  • 1. Let's make Nizami kheer, Soak rice for 15 minutes, then grind with cashews, almond and pistachio to a paste.
  • 2. In a heavy bottom patili add milk, let it boil, then add saffron strands, then add rice dry fruit paste, stirr till thickens. When reduce to 1/3, add Nestle milkmaid. Mix well.
  • 3. Cook till rice cooked and soften, when milk turns more thicken and rice cooked, switch off the flame.
  • 4. Now for Gajrela peel carrots and grate it, Heat ghee in a kadai and roast grated carrots for few minutes.
  • 5. Now add milk and cover and cook till carrot soften, stirr in between. When all water from milk dries add chopped nuts and milkmaid.
  • 6. Again cook till moisture dries, when done switch off the flame. Gajrela is ready.
  • 7. To serve-Take shot glasses, at bottom arrange gajrela till 1/3 part, fill rest 1/3 of glass with Nizami Kheer on it. Top with few chopped nuts and few saffron strands. Carrot kheer shots are ready to be served.
