Methods
  • 1. At first mix all the spices in finely chopped cauliflower.
  • 2. Now make a paratha dough from wheat flour.
  • 3. Now rest a dough for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Now make a ball from dough and roll it into small puri and now add stuffing of cauliflower and seal it.
  • 5. Now roll it well and roast it with oil.
  • 6. Serve hot paratha with masala curd.
