Clean the basa well. Now marinate with ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, salt. Rest it for 10 minutes.

In a pan, add 2 tbsp butter. Add fine chopped onions. When it comes transparent, add chopped garlic, Add salt . Now add fresh orange juice . Low the flame . When its cooks well add little water.

Now in another grilled pan. Put some butter. Now grilled the fish both side. When grilled marks are visible turn of the gas.
4.
Now place the fish in orange sauce. Cook for more 2 minutes. Add little zest of fresh orange. Your basa in orange juice is ready to serve.
