Ingredients For Gud Panjiri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a heavy bottom kadhai. Heat ghee in it .
  • 2. Add wheat flour. Roast it on low heat till it change its colour and aroma comes out.
  • 3. Add all the ingredients except jaggery. Mix it well.
  • 4. Turn off the flame. Let it cool. Add jaggery powder before complete cooling. Mix it well.
  • 5. If panjiri seems dry add hot ghee in it and mix.
  • 6. Let it cool and store in air tight container.
