Take a mixing bowl add flour and ghee. Mix it well. Gradually add water and knead tight dough.

Heat a pan. Add mawa in it . On low heat cook it till it becomes light brown. Turn off the flame.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients of stuffing.

Divide the dough into small equal parts . Cover it withcloth. Make puri size roti from each part. Place it on Gujiya mould. Fill 1 tbsp stuffing. Apply water around the edges.Close the mould. Press it. Remove the extra dough.
5.
Heat ghee. On low heat deep fry all the gujiyas.
