Ingredients For Gulkand- mava stuffed gujiya recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add mawa, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, gulkand, chopped nuts and mix well. Cover and keep aside.
  • 2. In another bowl, add all purpose flour, and knead a soft dough using with sufficient water, cover and keep rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3. For preparing gujias, make medium sized balls from prepared dough. With the help of rolling pin roll the slightly thick round shape poories.
  • 4. Now place 1tbsp of prepared gulkand- mava stuffing . Shape the gujias with your hands or with molds. Make all gujias like this.
  • 5. Heat oil or ghee in a kadhai. Fry guzias on medium heat. Fry till golden brown in color. Drain over the kitchen towel to remove excess oil or ghee.
  • 6. Garnish with silver berq and enjoy with your family and friends on Holi festival.
