Ingredients For Gulkand stuffed coconut paan laddoo recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and grind betel leaves in a grinder with milkmaid and make puree.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan add Dessicated coconut, roast for 1 minute. Add grinded paan leaves and cook.
  • 3. Add suger and cook on low flame. Stirring continuously till the mixture leaves the side of the pan.
  • 4. Remove from heat and keep aside for cool down.
  • 5. Make medium sized laddoo and fill with some gulkand. Rolled in Dessicated coconut and keep it in air tight jar.
