Ingredients For Gurwali Rajgira Ke Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Place jaggery and one and three fourth cups of water in a pan and dissolve jaggery over low heat.
  • 2. When dissolved increase the heat and bring to a boil and cook over high heat till a two thread consistency is reached.
  • 3. Mix in the rajgira, cashewnuts, raisins and crushed green cardamom seeds quickly into the syrup.
  • 4. Take it off the heat and cool slightly. Grease your palms, make laddoos or any shape.
  • 5. Leave to cool and serve or store in an airtight container.
