  • 1. Take a heavy bottom pan, add oil in it.
  • 2. Add garlic, onion, celery in it and saute it for a minute till they change color then add flour in it.
  • 3. Add milk in it and heat till it boil then add corn and spring onion in it.
  • 4. Add salt and pepper in it and cook for a minute then switch off the flame.
  • 5. Transfer it in a bowl and serve.
