Ingredients For Healthy Jowar cookies Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix n sieve jowar flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt n sieve alltogether
  • 2. Another bowl take butter n add jaggery powder N mix well until jaggery dissolves
  • 3. Mix flour mixture n butter mixture n make dough
  • 4. Refrigerate for 10mins
  • 5. Take out from refrigerator n Mould into small balls on to baking tray
  • 6. Preheat the oven fr 10mins at 175c temp
  • 7. Place the tray n bake it fr 15 mins on baking mode
  • 8. Turnoff the switch n allow them to cool n demould
  • 9. Perfect cookies are ready can njoy ur snack time with these
