Ingredients For 'Hemkana' payesh recipe

Methods
  • 1. Turn on the gas, put a pan and pour 500 ml milk ,add four table spoon sugar and to three cardamom late it boil until it's texture becomes thick.
  • 2. Add two tablespoon rice flour and two tablespoon sugar powder with unsweetend mawa,/kheer, mix all the ingredient very well and make a small balls.
  • 3. Add the balls in the boiled milk and boil it 3/4 minutes. Payes is ready. Let the payes be cool then serve it.
