Ingredients For Home made Amchur Powder Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel off green side of mango.
  • 2. Take 1 deep bowl add 2-3 glass water add salt and put all peeled of mango in it.
  • 3. Now make thin slices of it separate seeds from it.
  • 4. Now place 2 news papar and place cotton cloth on it and spread mango slices on it so extra moisture will soaked by news paper.
  • 5. You have to keep it for sun dry atleast for 2-3 days.
  • 6. Make sure no moisture is left in slices . To check break it see if they are making crackers noise.
  • 7. Once done grind dry slices in grinder jar and make fine powder of it.
  • 8. Keep it in air tight container.
  • 9. You can use it as per required, it has a long shelf life.
