Ingredients For Ice cream cheesecake recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the cookies in a ziploc bag and make dust like coarse sand using a rolling pin and pour it in a mixing bowl..
  • 2. Mix the melted butter with the cookie dust. Take a springform pan and add the cookie dust in the bottom of the pan and press it to make a uniform layer..it'd be the base of cake. Keep it in refrigerator to set properly..
  • 3. Keep the cream cheese in room temperature for at least 2hours.. Now in a mixing bowl take the cream cheese and whisk it with a hand whisker.
  • 4. Add heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk and whisk it again. Now add the icing sugar and strawberry jelly and mix them all very well.
  • 5. Mix the agar agar powder in 60ml hot water. Keep it for a few minutes and add it in the cream mixture. Now add half portion of red food color and mix.
  • 6. Take out the pan from fridge and pour 3/4th portion of the mixture into it.
  • 7. In rest portion, add rest amount of food color and pour it over the first layer of the mixture. It'll bring 2 tones of pink in the cake..
  • 8. Keep the pan in deep fridge for at least 4hours. After that take it out and demould it with a knife very carefully.
  • 9. Cut the cake into pieces and serve it with some strawberry jelly on the top of the pieces.
