Methods
  • 1. First of all clean dal and rice, wash it properly n soak for 10 to 12 hrs. Add poha in it.
  • 2. Once soaked, grind it to a thick paste. Let it ferment for 8 to 10 hrs.
  • 3. Now add salt n mix the fermented batter. Put it in a greased idli mould.
  • 4. Steam it for 10 mins. Demould it n serve.
