Ingredients For Instant Oats and Sooji Focaccia Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For oatmeal,finely grind oats in a grinder.Keep aside.
  • 2. Grease a baking pan.Keep aside.
  • 3. In a mixing bowl,mix sooji,oatmeal,salt.Gradually add curd little by little to make a batter,thicker than that of idli.
  • 4. Add minced garlic,olive oil,half cup veggies,half quantity of herbs and mix well.
  • 5. Now add fruit salt.Mix gently in one direction.
  • 6. Pour in the baking mould.Tap gently to level and remove air bubbles.
  • 7. Spread remaining veggies and herbs.Garnish with some black olives .
  • 8. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees or till it looks done and tooth pick comes out clean.
  • 9. Let it cool at room temp.Demould ,cut and enjoy endlessely.
