Methods
  • 1. First of all, put salt, sugar in semolina in a bowl and make a thick batter with curd and keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now add baking soda to it and loosen the solution by adding hot water as required.
  • 3. Now apply oil in the idli plate and fill 1 spoon of batter in it. Now fill the idli stand with water and cook it in steam for 12-15 minutes.
  • 4. When the idli cools down, take out the idli and serve it with sambar and coconut chutney.
