Ingredients For Jamun yogurt frozen moulds recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take hung curd, powdered sugar and beat it to make it fluffy. Now add(jamun) pulp and fold it .
  • 2. Blend and beat it again , till it becomes smooth. Now add cardamom powder, again blend it.
  • 3. Now add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
  • 4. Now pour the prepared mixture into silicon moulds and keep in freezer ,until they set completely.
  • 5. After setting. Demould and garnish with mint leaves and jamun-deseeded halves. .
  • 6. Jamun yogurt frozen moulds are ready. Serve immediately .
