Methods
  • 1. 1.Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
  • 2. 2.Add chopped green onion and cook for a minute.
  • 3. 3.Add julienned carrot and capsicum ,cook on a high flame 2 minutes.
  • 4. 4.Add salt ,White pepper ,Soya sauce and vinegar and mix it.
  • 5. 5.Add cooked rice and sprinkle little oil , toss until rice is coated well.
  • 6. 6.Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
