  • 1. To make Jhalmuri, it is necessary for the puffed rice to be crispy, so first put the puffed rice in a pan and roast it dry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 2. Now take a big bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, potato, green chili, coriander, lemon juice, pickle oil and all the spices and mix it well.
  • 3. Now add roasted peanuts and puffed rice and mix it. Remove it in a serving bowl or on paper.
  • 4. Sprinkle barik sev on top and serve immediately.
