Ingredients For jowar ke gathiye

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan add 4 tsp oil when is hot keep aside.
  • 2. then take mixing bowl and mix all dry ingredients and oil with your hands. make sure there is no lumps.
  • 3. knead the tight fought with lukewarm water and cover it with cloth and keep aside for 40-50 Minutes.
  • 4. Take pan or kadai and heat oil for deep frying Gathiya.Take small portion of dough. Put in gathiya Maker and press it to oil
  • 5. Make sure flame is low. Fry it slow flame. Take it of when thay are golden brown.Jowar Gathiye is ready to serve
