To make kanchagola first take 400 grams of cheese and cut it into small pieces. Now take a grinding jar and add cheese pieces to it.Now grind cheese well and prepare a fine paste.

Now transfer it Into a plate and divide it into 2 parts. Now keep 1/2 part of cheese aside. Now in one part of cheese add 2 tbsp of sugar and mess well with your hands and prepare a smooth dough.

Now place a pan on flame and add prepared dough to it.Now cook until the sugar melts.Now add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and mix well and cook until it starts leaving the pan. Now turn off the flame and let lt cool for a while.

Now transfer it to another part of cheese paste we have remain before.Now 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder and mix both parts well with your hands. Now prepare a log and cut it into small parts.Now take apart and prepare a small ball

Now coat it into milk powder on all sides.Now follow the same steps and prepare Balls from all dough. Now your Delicious Kacha Gola Mitha is ready and You can enjoy it.
