Ingredients For KATLA CURRY WITH RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the basmati rice well and boil it mixed with water and after some time drain the water and keep the boiled rice in a covered bowl
  • 2. Wash the katla fish pieces and mix salt and turmeric powder with it
  • 3. Heat the pan and add oil and fry the both sides of the fish and remove it from the pan
  • 4. Add the chopped onions in the hot oil and fry it and then add ginger paste in it
  • 5. Mix well and stir it nicely and add Kashmiri red chilli powder and add water and allow it to boil
  • 6. After 5 mins add the fried fish in it and after some time when the juices become dense remove this curry from the pan
  • 7. Now this amazing awesome recipe KATLA CURRY is served with boiled rice.
