Ingredients For Lauki sabudana kheer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for an hour. Peel lauki and grate it. Boil in pressure cooker till soft.
  • 2. Heat ghee and roast khoya till aromatic. Take out on plate.
  • 3. Heat milk and when boils comes add boiled lauki and cook till soft.then add soaked sabudana.
  • 4. Cook till soften. Add sugar and cook till milk reduces. Then add khoya and chopped nuts
  • 5. Cook till thickens switch off the flame and serve.
