First of all, take the remaining roti and fry on low flame till it becomes crisp and keep it to cool down. Break the fried rotis into pieces and grind them in a mixer. Remember we don't have to fine-tune it. It has to be kept rough. Now heat 3 tbsp ghee in a pan and fry 2 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp cashew nuts and 2 tbsp almonds on low flame till golden brown. Now pour the roasted dry fruits over the roti powder and mix them all well. In another pan, take cup jaggery and 2 tbsp water and stir the jaggery on medium flame by stirring continuously. When the jaggery melts well, pour its mixture over the roti mixture and mix well.

Apart from this, add mawa and cardamom powder to the roti mixture and prepare a soft dough, so that the shape of laddoos can be formed easily. Now by applying ghee in your hands, take small balls of the mixture and give it the shape of laddus and put a dry fruit of your choice on it.
