Methods
  • 1. Take the leftover bajra rotis and cut the rotis into small pieces.
  • 2. Grind them in a chopper to make a fine crumble.
  • 3. Heat a pan, put ghee and Jaggery in it.
  • 4. When Jaggery melt, mix bajra roti and crumble.
  • 5. Now flame off the gas and mix desicated coconut in above mixture.
  • 6. Mix cardomom powder.
  • 7. Leftover bajra roti Jaggery coconut Churma is ready.
  • 8. Garnish with chopped almonds.
