Leftoverbundi chutney Recipe

In this recipe i use salted bundi which is use for raita, it was leftover little bit so i made chutney out of it and it turned out to be very nice, excellent for vada pav.

Ingredients For Leftoverbundi chutney Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan add 1tsp oil in heat
  • 2. Heat it on medium flame
  • 3. Add bundi and roasted on medium flame for 3 to 4 min.
  • 4. Transfer this roasted bundi in grinder jar add sugar, garlic clove, red chilli, salt grind to a very fine powder.
  • 5. Sever with vada pav or with chapati.
