Lemon-Mint (Pudina) fresh Juice

It is a favourite juice of my 6 year old son, who never liked to taste plain lemon juice. Mint is a well-known appetizer and mouth freshener. It improves digestion. Mint extract/tea is a best remedy for gastritis, nausea & headache associated with gastritis. It is good source of iron and the vitamin C in mint improves the iron absorption too. Similarly lemon has number of health benefits. It is an excellent source of Vitamin C and great immunity booster. Recipe for the quick mint-lemon juice:
