Now mix boiled sweet corn, arrowroot, onion, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and chaat masala in mashed potatoes in a bowl.

Now apply some lubricant on the hands and break equal balls. First make them round then press with palms to give the shape of tikki.

Heat 2 tbsp oil on a non stick pan. Place 3-4 tikkis on the pan and let it cook till the tikkis turn golden red in color. Roast the tikkis on medium heat. It will take around 7-8 minutes.

Fry the tikkis from both the sides till they turn golden.
6.
Take out the tikkis in a plate. Roast the rest of the tikkis in the same way.
