1.
First put corn flour in a vessel, now add curd and mix it well, now add water and salt and cover it for 15 minutes.

Now add 1 tsp of sugar, and eno in the maize flour batter and mix

Now put water in a pan and heat it, keep a bowl in it and let it heat, now grease a vessel in which dhokla is made with oil and put dhokla batter in it and keep it in a steamer and let it cook on high flame for 15 minutes then 10 minutes slow cook on flame

Now cool it for 10 minutes and cut it into desired shape, now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and green chilies and fry it, now pour the tempering over the dhokla and garnish with green coriander.

Serve the finished dhokla with green chutney or sweet tamarind chutney.
