Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the makhana and cashews. Roast them.
  • 2. Then remove them in a plate and keep aside, now make powder of the roasted makhana, saffron and cardamom.
  • 3. Heat milk in a pan on low to medium heat. Stir at intervals. Now add the makhana powder, milk will start thickening, add cashew and raisins. Give it a stir. Serve hot or you can refrigerate it. Garnish with saffron and roasted makhana.
