Methods
  • 1. Blanch the 10 - 12 whole red chilly and make a paste.
  • 2. Take a bow add fish pieces,lemon juice,curry leaves,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilly paste,turmeric powder and marinate fish for 15 - 20 mins.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Fry the fish pieces.
  • 5. Serve hot.
