Ingredients For KERELA MUTTON PEPPER FRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a blender add coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chilly,lemon juice,salt and ginger garlic paste and make a paste.
  • 2. Marinate mutton with this paste and keep in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 4. Add black mustard seeds/rai to crackle.
  • 5. Add chopped ginger garlic and saute for one minutes.
  • 6. Add sliced onion and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 7. Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder and curry leaves and 2 tbsp water and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • 8. Add marinated mutton pieces and mix well.
  • 9. Add one cup of water and cover it.
  • 10. Stir occasionally and cook 20 minutes. and turn off the gas.
  • 11. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
