Ingredients For DALCHA GOSHT RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil bengal gram / chana dal in a pressure cooker.
  • 2. Mix with hand blender and keep aside.
  • 3. Heat clarified butter in a pressure cooker.
  • 4. Add whole garam masala and saute for one minutes.
  • 5. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown.
  • 6. Add ginger garlic paste and all dry ingredients and mix well.
  • 7. Stir continuously till oil leaves the side of the pan.
  • 8. Add mutton pieces and mix well.
  • 9. Beat the curd and mix well.
  • 10. Add salt, garam masala powder and one cup of water and cover the lid and cook till tender.
  • 11. After two whistle simmer the gas for five minutes.
  • 12. Cook the mutton till absorb the water.
  • 13. Take out the oil / rogan josh from it.
  • 14. Add the boiled chana dal / bengal gram in it and also add water.
  • 15. Cover the lid and cook for five minutes.
  • 16. Heat one tbsp clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
  • 17. Add two whole red chilly and crushed garlic and temper the mutton.
  • 18. Add rogan josh / oil in the mutton and serve .
