Ingredients For Malai barfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan turn on the flame and put the milk pot on it .boil the milk on low flame till it is reduced to 1/3 of the original quantity .
  • 2. Keep stirring in between remove the milk pan and put another pan on the flame. Increase the flame to high.
  • 3. Add the reduced milk into the pan. Keep stirring add sugar and cardamom powder, milk powder stir it .
  • 4. once the sugar has dissolved add rabri reduced the flame to low and boil it for 5 min .keep stirring.
  • 5. The mixture should not becomes too dry grease the cake tin with ghee pour the mixture .
  • 6. Sprinkle little cardamom powder sprinkle chopped almonds allow it to cool down for 20 minutes.
  • 7. Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, to cool.slice and serve.
