Firstly, take one bowl add phitakri and one glass of water mix it well, till the phitakri disslove well

Next take one pan add the milk and brings boil it, then slow gas flame

add the red chilli flakes, oregano, cumin seeds,black pepper, mix it well ,milk get the aromasThen add the gradually phitakri water and mix it well ,milk begins to curdle immediately and solids separate then turn off the stove as soon as

Then add the gree chillies, corinder and salt mix it welktransfer all of the curdle milk to the muslin cloth ,drain the water, pour the cold water to get rid of the phitakri smell
5.
Squeeze off the excess water ,from a nice round shape by wringing the cloth,place a heavy pot and set for 1-2 hours Remove the cloth and masala paneer are ready
