Ingredients For Masala Poha Appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soaked poha separately in 1 cup of curd for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil and sauté mustard seeds, cumin seeds , onion , tomato, carrot , coriander leaves , green chili.
  • 3. Add pinch of haldi and salt as per taste
  • 4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Adjust pouring consistency by adding water.
  • 5. Place the appe pan on medium flame and apply oil.
  • 6. Once hot, pour the batter, cover the lid and allow to cook and roast.
  • 7. Flip the side and allow it to cook and turn slightly brown in color. Take out in a serving plate.
  • 8. Serve the Masala Poha Appe with ketchup or green chutney.
