Ingredients For Mayo Paneer tawa sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grate paneer and cheese in a bowl. Add salt,green chillies,oregano and chillo flakes to them. Keep it aside
  • 2. Take finely chopped cabbage,carrot and capsicum in a bowl. Add salt in them. Remove the water of the veggie or else you'll get a soggy sandwich.
  • 3. Take 3 big spoons of mayo and 2spoons of green chutney in a bowl and mix well. Add the veggies to it and combine well.
  • 4. Now take two slices of bread. Spread the veggie mixture on it. Now add the paneer mixture and cover it with another bread.
  • 5. Heat a tawa. Keep it on sim. Add oil/butter and keep the sanwich on tawa. Keep a plate and some weight on samdwich. After 2 mins flip it by applying oil on the other side as well.
  • 6. Allow it to cook and serve hot sith tomato ketchup
