Methods
  • 1. Heat clarified butter / ghee and roast the siwain on medium flame. Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Once boiled ,keep it on a low flame.
  • 2. Add the roasted siwain in the boil milk. Cook for ten mins.in a low flame. Add sugar and mix well.
  • 3. Add cardamom powder, kewra water and turn off the flame.Garnish with chopped pistachio and serve.
