Ingredients For Methi ka Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop methi and spring onion.
  • 2. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and 1 tbsp oil. Mix it well.
  • 3. Gradually add water and knead semi soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 4. Take small portion from the dough. Roll round shaped Paratha.
  • 5. Heat a tawa. Place Paratha over it. Apply ghee or oil on both sides. Cook it on medium flame. Make all the parathas with same method.
