Ingredients For MEXICAN BITES RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. For salsa sauce Heat oil in a pan,add onion and saute for few mins,now add capsicum and saute for 2 - 3 mins
  • 2. Add tomato,chilly flax,salt and mix well.
  • 3. Add little water and lemon juice and cook for few mins,now salsa sauce is ready to eat.
  • 4. For mexican bites Take a blender add bread pieces to make a bread crumbs.
  • 5. Take a bowl add boiled and mashed potato,sweet corn,bread crumbs,salsa sauce and salt and make a dough.
  • 6. Roll out and cut in a square shape.
  • 7. Take a corn flour and half cup of water and make a thick batter.
  • 8. Dip the square shape pieces into batter and coat with bread crumbs,repeat eat for two times.
  • 9. Heat enough oil in a pan and deep fry until brown and crispy,serve hot.
