Milk Masala Powder Milk Masala Powder is a fragrant, very refreshing healthy mix of nuts and saffron. It is very good for all ages. This powder is also available ready-made in the stores but you can make it very easily at home. Making this mix at home is way better than buying ready-made as you have direct control over the quality of ingredients going. This Milk Masala powder can be made in large quantity and stored in an airtight jar. It will stay fresh at room temperature for a month and if kept refrigerated then easily for 3-4 months. The nuts are warmed slightly to release the aroma and to remove the moisture. Then grind the nuts together. You can also use this masala to flavour kheer, milkshakes and other desserts.

  • 1. 1/4 cup almonds 1/4 cup pistachios 1/4 cup cashew nuts 2 tbsp charoli(Cuddapah almond) 8-9 nos whole cardamom a half nutmeg a fat pinch saffron Method : dry roast all the ingredients for a minute, mixer & grind for less than a minute. If you prefer the crunchy presence of the milk powder in your milk, you may only keep pulsing your mixer while checking if the powder has been ground the way you wanted it to be. You Masala Milk Powder is ready. Remember that after removing the mixer lid, you need to let the ground powder rest for a while before transferring it into an airtight container.
