Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a wok and add cornmeal.
  • 2. Stir it continuously and cook on slow flame till it changes color to light golden brown.
  • 3. When it changes color add water and sugar. Mix really well.
  • 4. Keep stirring till to get required consistency
  • 5. Now add chopped dry fruits and mix.
  • 6. Cornmeal pudding is ready to serve.
  • 7. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with dry fruits. Serve hot and enjoy.
