Ingredients For MOOLI PARATHA/RADISH PARATHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and grate radish/mooli.
  • 2. Add chopped green chilly and salt and mix well.
  • 3. Squeeze the excess water from the radish/mooli
  • 4. In a kneading bowl mix wheat lour/,boiled potato, curd,clarified butter and radish mixture. and mix well.
  • 5. Make a dough with the help of little water
  • 6. Divide the dough into balls and roll out
  • 7. Grease a pan with clarified butter and heat on a medium flame.
