Ingredients For Moong daal creeps recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash properly and soak moong dal in water for 5 hours
  • 2. Drain the water completely and transfer it to a mixer jar.
  • 3. Add ginger garlic chilli paste and grind to a smooth paste.
  • 4. Take the batter to a bowl. Add salt and cumin seeds and whisk it for 3 minutes.
  • 5. Spread the ladle full of batter on hot griddle and prepare thin crepes.
  • 6. Cook it from both the sides. Apply little oil while cooking
  • 7. Serve with your favourite condiment or ketchup
